3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective item
• An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we may arrange:

• Replacement of the product
• Exchange
• Refund where applicable

4. Return Process

9. Cricket Bat Warranty Disclaimer

Cricket bats are handcrafted sporting products and naturally experience wear over time.

Warranty does not cover:

• Surface cracks from regular usage
• Edge damage
• Toe swelling
• Water damage
• Excessive misuse
• Improper knocking or maintenance
• Damage caused by use against non-leather balls unless specifically designed for such use

Customers are advised to properly knock-in and maintain cricket bats before using them.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatching.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and the standard return process will apply instead.

Kookaburra Sri Lanka reserves the right to cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

• Pricing errors
• Product unavailability
• Suspected fraudulent activity
